Q. How Do I place an order?
A. You can place the order online or call the main office at 866-699-5230

Q. Do I have a warranty?
A. Yes you do! You have an instant LIFETIME Warranty based on a core exchange. Meaning, once you receive the computer from us you will have 14 days to return the old unit (Core). The customer is responsible for the return of the core. There will be a "Core Sticker" in your package that must be placed on the core. Once the core is received your LIFETIME WARRANTY will be activated!

Q. How do I check on the status on my order?
A. You can call the main office & provide your order number for status.

Q. How can I get my tracking number?
A. You will automatically receive an email from the UPS Quantum system with your tracking number

Q. How long does it take to ship my product?
A. It takes us 1-2 Full business days to process all orders.

Q. Can I get a refund if I don’t need the part?
A. Yes, you have 14 days to return the computer we sent you from the time you receive it. If it passes the 14 days there ARE NO REFUNDS.

Q. I don’t see the part I need in the online store. Do you have the part I need?
A. Yes, we don’t have our complete inventory online. Please call the main office and have all the vehicle information & part number handy.

Q. Can I get a refund if I don’t need the part?
A. Yes, you have 14 days to return the computer we sent you from the time you receive it. There is a 20% restocking plus shipping cost. If it passes the 14 days there ARE NO REFUNDS.
