All Computer Resources offers a LIFETIME WARRANTY for most modules upon core exchange at no additional cost. Once you receive your module you will have 14 days to return the old part (CORE) for the warranty to take place. Customer is responsible for the return of the old unit (CORE). If you DO NOT send the core within 14 days the warranty will automatically expire.

Exchanges and Replacements

If your module is faulty, one of our trained professionals will ask you a series of questions to help determine the problem with your vehicle. If the technician believes that the module is the problem you will need to send the module to our facility for testing to the listed address.

Refunds

You have 14 days to return our module if you have found that you have another issue with your vehicle. There will be a 20% restocking fee plus the shipping cost that have been incurred.
